Ms. Richison’s primary practice emphasizes its focus on first-party property and bad faith disputes including pre-suit litigation, trial, and appeals. Her practice ranges in matters from homeowner insurance disputes to multi-million dollar commercial property claims. Prior to representing policyholders, Ms. Richison worked at a statewide insurance defense firm representing and defending nationwide insurance carriers in commercial and insurance litigation. Ms. Richison began her career at the Miami Dade Public Defender’s Office and has extensive experience in criminal law and has defended individuals in numerous criminal trials. Ms. Richison has been selected as a Florida Rising Star by SuperLawyers Magazine in 2017, 2018, and 2019.
