Pearl Ben Yoram represents individuals, consumers and businesses in insurance litigation, including personal injury actions (slip or trip and fall, automobile and aviation accidents), first and third party property disputes. Prior to joining Levy & Partners, Ms. Ben Yoram worked for Greenberg Traurig LLP where she represented major insurance companies giving her a unique viewpoint into the carriers’ outlook on claims and cases. Ms. Ben Yoram also has experience in real estate, immigration, and family proceedings. Ms. Ben Yoram has been successful in achieving significant results in settlement and trial on her clients’ behalf. In her last trial, Ms. Ben Yoram received a $756,000 jury award for her client.
Ms. Ben Yoram attended New York University and received her bachelor’s in 2006. Soon after she got her J.D at Hofstra University School of Law in 2009. She is admitted to the US District Court, Southern District of Florida as well the state bars for Florida and New York.
